Congratulations! I'm a former smoker and I used to smoke quite heavily for someone of my age. The first few days after I quit were the hardest, but you're right, it is worth it. I wish you well.

- I care about people's feelings.
- My pets are always happy to see me. I'm currently flavour of the month as far as my dog is concerned.
- After a long time believing I was ugly, I looked in the mirror recently and I genuinely liked what I saw.

I feel the same way. A few years back I wanted to be one of the "cool" kids, but I came to realise that being "cool" involved bitching, backstabbing and belittling people, and now I don't want anything to do with the "cool" kids. One day their worlds will cave in, and their lives will come crashing ...

I relate to cats quite well. I have three cats myself, and each of them appears to have varying AS tendencies. Recently I met a ginger cat and I crouched down and tried to get him to approach me. I could tell he wanted to, but he was too shy. He backed off, still looking at me, and continued to rub ...

Whenever anyone approached me out of pity I just didn't want to know. I would walk away from them. It was only when people were genuinely interested in talking to me that I stayed. I preferred to be left alone rather than have the popular girls approach me because I was alone. The only reason they a...

I'm disturbed by the fact that stoning someone to death can be classified as justice. It's barbaric and sick.

I signed the petition, by the way. This poor woman and her family have already suffered enough. She doesn't deserve to die in such a horrific way.

I would like this old lady to phone me. The song at the end cracked me up too. :lmao:

I used to have an intense fear of germs when I was between about 9 and 11. I used to wipe everything with sterile wipes and wash my hands until the skin cracked, because I was convinced that I would catch other people's germs that would cause me to become ill and die. It was worse whenever there was...

I'm the same. I don't think it helps that I have an attic bedroom, seeing as heat rises and the Sun is beating down on it. I don't know how my cat can bear to go up there in the really hot weather. I'm more likely to become depressed during the summer. A few years ago, when I didn't know how to bett...

You'd think they wouldn't give a damn that the father didn't want his precious car broken into, considering there was a young child, who was obviously suffering in there. And I'd have thought that, as a parent, he wouldn't care about a broken window, as long as his child was OK, because he could hav...

For me it's a traffic cone hat which has "Sod Off" written on it. 8) I love that hat. I bought it at the local pound shop last year.

It upsets and angers me when I hear stories of elderly and vulnerable people being terrorized by teenage thugs and becoming prisoners in their own homes. I don't understand how those idiots could be so heartless. It doesn't occur to them that their victim could be somebody's friend or relative. They...

So cute! I wanna hold one! I've never had the chance to witness new life coming into the world, but I'm sure it would be a magical experience. My uncle's cat had kittens when I was little and I remember seeing one fall off the beanbag (don't worry, he was OK). Also, my dog got pregnant a f...

I'm quite wary of people my own age because they were the ones who made fun of me and made me feel uncomfortable. Trying to talk to them usually resulted in me being laughed at, but I haven't yet had that from anybody older or younger than me. Admittedly though I am still quite scared of teenage gir...
