thanks for the tip 'coded' i wondered why my photographs were decreasing in quality everytime i edited then. However if the final format needs to be in JPEG, will it inevitably decrease the quality? |

I have a similar situation, it feels like i am slowly learning but whenever someone refers to anything i am sure that all i know are the 'foetal' basics. 8O I find the Hardware even more confusing than the software and i have the half open/broken/explored computers to prove it. NB: just a little tip... |

I agree with Grey, perhaps you could just be supportive of the person instead of having to discuss diagnoses. if all the employees are marginalizing thisperson it may help for you to attempt to bring them back into the group, however this may also be problematic as they may want to aviod being force... |
