I've never heard of a "cold joke" before. Sounds like a joke about being cold or having a cold or cold weather.

As a kid, I first learned that "May Day" is an airline distress call in a Super Goof comic book. Super Goof was a Disney comic where Goofy would get super powers every time he ate one of these peanuts he called "super goobers", which he kept inside his hat. They would even change...

That one had me puzzled for years. It's bonkers till you know what it means.

I only recently learned what it means. I would love to use the phrase to see the confusion on people's faces when they tell me how to do something I already know.

There's a store at the mall called Spencers where I often check out and occasionally buy things from. And right now they have all of these autism-themed T-Shirts and I don't know how to feel about them. Offended, maybe? But you're not supposed to be offended by anything anymore. They say things like...

Octopuses have three hearts. Two of these hearts are dedicated to pumping blood through the gills for oxygen uptake, while the third heart circulates oxygenated blood throughout the rest of the body I found that out when I watched Finding Dory when it came out in theaters. :) In one part, Dory says...

I've never had roaches, thanks goodness. They don't seem to be a thing where I live. Although I did have a serious mouse infestation and the little buggers were leaving their presents everywhere. I think there was a mouse family hiding and around my oven. Not the part where I insert the food, but th...

In China people believe that cold food and drinks are very bad for your stomach, even when it's boiling hot outside. Apparently it's a traditional Chinese medicine thing. One person said their roommate thought they were insane for putting a watermelon in the refrigerator. Apparently Chinese people a...

When there's a language option online and they always either show the USA flag or the UK flag (sometimes both) for English. As if those were the only two places where people speak English. It's not even an official language in the US like it is in Canada.

There used to be a Canadian PSA that claimed Superman was created by a young man from Canada. And he had a friend named Lois, who just said "Nobody's going to read a comic strip about a strong man in tights, it'll never fly", and the young man said, "Fly, no... But he can leap over ta...

I live in Atlantic Canada where everybody who was born here supposedly sounds Irish or Scottish, but I don't have much of an accent at all. I also don't pronounce "sorry" the way other Canadians do, I say it the American way. I've tried saying it the Canadian way and it just doesn't sound ...

It's 45879223 1/2. And the procedure for this number is to take a long and perilous journey across the marshlands of Arithmelandia in search of the Number Nome, who only appears in the Fraction Forest when the third moon of Multiplitopia turns blue. Which only happens once every 16 years. Good luck!...
