I think the cluster b traits can become pathologised, especially if you're exposed to trauma. The fact that you're noticing them makes me think that you're resilient, empathetic, and strong enough to change them. In psychodynamics it basically means you probably have coping strategies that are malad...

I read and write a lot, I smoke lots of cannabis too. Meditation / nonjudgmental observation. Then Calisthenics, martial art's, and acoustic guitar during down time.
