| I had a dream about this guy who was an ex super hero but is now a movie actor playing super heroes. He was really handsome and he lived in this huge penthouse suite with dozens of beautiful lesbians, and he dressed like the most debonair Nazi officer you've ever seen. I think it was autobiographical. |

| I find meditation helps. Something about the energy of other people seems to send my senses and body haywire. Meditation helps me anchor myself and not get pulled into fatiguing patterns of sense/mind/body disturbances |
