| Buspar/Buspirone~ helps my anxiety a lot in general & probably helps my social anxiety a little or at least helps prevent panic attacks. Neurontin/Gabapentin~ helps with my OCD thoughts & compulsions. I don't think Neurontin helps my social anxiety but my social anxiety is not related to OCD... |

| I really wish it was easy to get a degree in psychiatry so I could prescribe my own psych meds. All the psych meds I've been on for the last 11 years are meds I wanted to try before my GP or psych prescribed them. I do lots of various research & I know myself better than any psych I've seen has.... |

| Something needs to be done. I think it's better to send people specialized in autism in these cases. Lots of areas lack professionals who specialize in autism. Also lots of areas have a major funding shortage for mental health services. The government needs to start majorly investing in the poorest... |
