You just need to let it go. What is the point to finding someone annoying for just being themselves? The kid is probably insecure so makes up lies like that, if it is true. Are you on the autistic spectrum or is he? He certainly sounds like it. Maybe he has it worse than you and for some reason tha...

Right now, I'm in 8th grade. Since around the second half of 7th grade, I've been really irritated by this kid. Let's call him Jimmy. When I first met Jimmy, I didn't think much of him. He was in my class. He seemed alright. However, he really started to irk me. I couldn't figure out why for a reall...

Since I'm out of school, there isn't much to do. I can't go anywhere. This is because, first of all, I live in a small town in Vermont; There isn't much to do. Second of all, because my mother is way too overprotective. It's with good reason though. When my mother was younger, she was kidnapped in N...

Here's the problem: A couple of times a week, my sister(34) and her daughters come over. Her daughters are 6 and 12. They constantly hang ou...

I forgot to include one key sentence:

After the first traumatic event, something clicked in my brain. Now I'm always stressed. Before that event, I was a completely normal person and was perfectly happy with my life.

Hello, I set up a custom built computer running Ubuntu. All is good, I fixed some problems I had such as CPU overheating and no wireless. Now, I want to backup to a drive I have attached to another computer on the same LAN. I've managed to do those on Mac OS X Snow Leopard quite easily. Here is the ...

First, my heart breaks for you in what you have gone through, unfortunately it is all too common. My son (13) and daughter (12) were abused by their father when they were much younger. My daughter probably exeriences clasic P.T.S.D. symptoms which seemed to be very similar to what you have, hers ha...

var date = "10.28.2008";
var replaceRegex = /\./g;

date.replace(replaceRegex, "/");

alert(date);

Shouldn't the alert say "10/28/2008"? It doesn't seem to be doing that.
