I find it helps to play repetitive music. I can find a catchy tune on YouTube and continuously loop it.
Playing games like Scrabble and solving puzzles.
But my favorite activity to ease the stress is to play golf by walking 9 holes in an hour or two. |

Folks don't see you as disabled unless you are in a wheelchair or obviously need some sort of assistive device to get around. |

No, it seems that enough people have decided not to get vaccinated that these outbreaks are to be expected.
One could do the math and predict when these outbreaks will occur based on the percentage of people vaccinated.
I do a lot of gardening so keep my tetanus shots up to date. |
