I find it helps to play repetitive music. I can find a catchy tune on YouTube and continuously loop it.

Playing games like Scrabble and solving puzzles.

But my favorite activity to ease the stress is to play golf by walking 9 holes in an hour or two.

I saw a lot of sexism at work because I answered the phone with a high pitched voice.
I often ended up transferring the call to the guy in the next office to repeat what I just said. :D

Yes, that is so true.
Folks don't see you as disabled unless you are in a wheelchair or obviously need some sort of assistive device to get around.

No, it seems that enough people have decided not to get vaccinated that these outbreaks are to be expected.
One could do the math and predict when these outbreaks will occur based on the percentage of people vaccinated.

I do a lot of gardening so keep my tetanus shots up to date.
