| Yep :/ I call it brain fuzz and happens when there's a lot going on (usually emotionally- I get overwhelming emotions that are hard to deal with) and my brain sort of 'shuts down'. Takes ages to clear and I hate it because everything seems slower and less 'real' than usual. No idea how to get rid of... |

| I relate and honestly it feels like a gunshot wound when it happens, I am currently non verbal over losing friends cause I am afraid if I get any, I'll just get hurt again. Anyone else obsessed with running? I run ultra marathons and love it  ran 100k last weekend, cycled 100k this weekend and got a 12 hour overnight run in two weeks. Really love running! |

| I'd suggest replenishing your electrolytes frequently while your running, and drink a sh*t ton of water. Isn't drinking "a sh*t ton of water" is a good way to dangerously dilute your electrolytes?
