Hello, my name is Paul and I'm a student at the New Hampshire Of Art and I also play bass in a metal band called Reckless Force I was diagnosed with aspergers when I was a child, but I barely even feel like I have it anymore. I still have my obsessions, mainly heavy metal, and I still get impatient ...

I told her about my crush and she went " He smokes weed...". She's told everyone that he smokes weed when he doesn't at all. His teeth are fine and he doesn't smell of it at all. Why would she do that? Wow your friend needs to seriously lighten up. I rarely meet people who DON'T smoke weed. But the...

I sincerely apologise, I admit I only read the title and rushed to type what i had to say out of pure need to rant. Would you like me to delete my post? No it's alright. It seems like everyone is kinda ignoring the original post and just reading the title, so its kinda useless at this point haha To...

Knives and blades. Scumbag 14 year olds stealing their mothers kitchen knives because they are attempting to copy those american gang people and failing horribly have ruined the days of gentlemen carrying pocket knives for everyday tasks and now everyone is against knives because they think they ar...

Your name is awfully misleading, in that case.

I have a couple. The main one is amusement park rides. Now, I told this story one other time on here, but I went to Coney Island (the Cincinnati one, not the New York one) and they had a Tilt-A-Whirl. I ended up telling the ride operator about how they totally reconfigured how the ride runs, so tha...

I think it's almost something that an Aspie would do. They wouldn't be able to read that the quiet person in the group is actually intently listening to the group, and they'll try to start a new conversation with them. Even though I'm an Aspie, I get pretty annoyed with other aspies, as bad as that ...

Guys....read the original post a little more carefully... I don't mean interests you can't talk much about because people don't wanna hear about it I mean interests you can't talk much about because YOU DON'T KNOW AS MUCH ABOUT THE SUBJECT AS YOU SHOULD. You have an interest in something, but not to...

Have you ever been quiet in a group of people talking because you're trying to listen and you're actually genuinely interested in what they're saying, and someone else tries to start a whole new conversation with you? They're like "OH THAT PERSONS NOT TALKING, IM JUST GONNA TELL THEM ABOUT ALL THIS ...

You could just try forgetting about the kids at your school and try making friends within the metal community (since you're a metalhead). I NEVER had friends in high school. My first group of REAL friends were metalheads from my area that I met online, and the great part was that we were all kinda a...

Wow, you sound like MY drummer! He's a party animal for sure, and it's not unusual for him to wake up in strange places. What kinda music were you guys? Haha yeah, I think its a drummer specific thing, we always seem to take it one step further. My theory is we drink normally up until its our time ...

One phrase that really plucks my nerves is being called buddy. Nobody has ever referred to me as that except in a condescending way. That used to annoy me too. These days, the few people who call me buddy actually are my buddies and I've heard them refer to NT people as 'buddy' too. Here's a tip, f...

Ha damn straight. Actually led to my diagnosis of AS being stronger as I couldn't bring my self to tell the truth about some of stuff I used to get up to, especially with my parents being in the room and the report finding its way back to school. Skipping class at 14 to embark on a 6 mile voyage to...

Call fives. Thats all you gotta do. Point to your seat and be like "I call fives on that seat" and nobody will take it. That means that you're getting up for a minute and you'll be back. Otherwise they think you might be getting up for good and won't be sitting back down for a while.
