| I always wear sunglasses if I leave the house during the day and have them with me at night if there are lights around that are too bright, like car lights from the traffic driving in the opposite direction I am driving or being driven in. |

| I have a white noise machine in my room, it's equally static and that's exactly what fades out other noises. It's quite comforting indeed. |

| I had a dream recently of being pregnant myself and having the baby extracted by operation while I was awake. I'm an 18 year old guy so that doesn't really correspond with the physical me. |

| A small amount of alcohol say 3-4 shots worth would definitely help. Just it's Not a good idea to get dependent on it. Although many people do before first dates and other stressful events.
