It's a disability in the UK. Not sure the extent to which it would protect you from some of the things you mentioned. If you have a job in the service industry and part of that job is smiling etc then it could be considered that you shouldn't apply for jobs like that if you can't do them. Muslims o...

A lot of this happened to me as a previous poster suggested when I was at school and did not recognise the signs. Eventually I decided not to accept injustice and just refused to engage with the process which left the "authority" dumbfounded - wouldn't work today in most education systems ...
