Relating even way less. Even to ways I approach everyday forms of trauma? Like yeah, sure, everyone has a form of childhood trauma because their parents are not perfect or that humans and life itself isn't. I understand how false hope can be toxic. I understand how non-acceptance can harm. That to m...

On accident? I can count like 3 times that only happened. In my childhood. On purpose? Plenty. To a point it worried people. Am I good at preventing myself from getting lost? Yes. Very much. Am I good at getting lost? Intentionally, yes. Unintentionally, never need to try. Am I good at reorienting m...

Yes. In my case. Especially if it's knowingly very conditional. And what if those conditions causes happens too often? Is that really "me"? Like; Yes I have crappier sleep. Why?? Because X and Y, or Y and not enough Z, because A and B happens without C, etc... Instead they'll assume if I s...

Seriously.

If it weren't for genetics, I would be morbidly obese since teenage years.

I've only recently started bulking a bit...
... And it's usually the kind of weight gain through aging.
Because I'm turning 30 really soon.

A complicated collective survival mechanism. That back in the day, there are expectations towards children at a certain age to be able to do things. That is if they manage to survive illness or whatever culled newborns and children from reaching adulthood before the modern age of medicine. Then came...

I have been increasingly becoming emotionally flattened in the past few months. For example, several people that my mom knew or were related to died; including her 23 year old cousin who died of cancer, but hearing about all this death I noticed my internal response to it was, " Yeah! So what?...

If I read the things I've written... Whether journals or forum posts; I couldn't seem to remember writing them.

While it is certain that it's me; because it's my handwriting or that because it's my username...

It's as if I have a different opinion or ways of expressing the moment I'm reading it.

I wonder if being decent towards people the same as being kind Nah. The former is basically good self control and courtesy. Likely one out obligation and morality, it can be itself a mask. At it's authentic peak, one born from respect and well expressed ethic. An unkind person can be decent. Being ...

Let's see... Attempted to duplicate my boss fake lens instead of the spare's actually prescription grade put into a new frames. That's about 10 USD equivalent; which is at the time, worth 5 days of fulltime work salary. There's a good chance that I've thrown out an official receipt voucher, one used...

Did not matter.

Less about because I'm autistic, and more like this body is a stupid sensitive nuisance that remained unaccomodated and untreated in layers, that worsens whatever dysfunction I ended up with and they all blame it on being "a part of autism".

Nope. And in preschool age, I don't exactly remember watching a lot of TV. Never had ever recalled watching any preschool shows or anything meant for toddlers and preschoolers. Only kid shows I ever watch at that age was one that always features arts and crafts or drawing. Did not watch a lot of TV ...

And vice versa. I don't know if it works vice-versa. Why be sneaky in a permissive environment unless you're just predisposed to being sneaky? There's such thing as a form of role reversals in parent and child relationship. Usually if the parent is the one needed caring or in need of structure if t...

I guess I need more calcium and magnesium at particular weeks of the monthly cycle... Thankfully, drinking milk is actually enough. 2-3 quarter a liter throughout said week. Then a few on supplementation. Maybe I could invest on eating more almonds like how I eat more bananas. ... Drink milk at wron...

Not a therapist, and probably not recommended; make it an option if you're actually desperate. Because it can be risky in some cases, and not guaranteed to work if it does not progress pass just remembering unless you can afford to risk it again if risks exists. Get a safe place and time. Preferably...
