It just confirms more that I relate even way less towards Autistics who also have ADHD than just autism alone. Still, allistic ADHD is just as if not even more unrelatable in my own case. Not even when trying to match up executive dysfunction issues and seemingly 'ADHD' traits I have, not specially ...

Do normal people actually iron towels

Not really.

But towels are excellent ironing pad backing and backup when lay flat anywhere, provided it's not dirty or/and too wet.

Any form of disappointments that just went and came to me just feels... ... "Normal". Too neutral. Like, this is what it feels like if I'm not hypersensitized from the inside, too exhausted to have any barrier. But I knew I feel disappointed. Just that said disappointment no longer overwhe...

In my perspective, I can never judge anyone who kept beating the same drum/s. It'll be very hypocritical of me. But I'm very excited over not beating the same drums over and over soon. Soon, I'll be beating the same drums less. And less and less as time passes. Until all I have is what actually matt...

I should've been happier by the series of events that been happening... ... But I kept finding myself wishing it should've been earlier. The things I imagined to be 20-15 years ago is happening right now. I am grateful, that better late than never, and yet... "Why now?" I understand good t...

So... Day 4 is "depression". Why the quotation marks? It's more like a mood lens perception distorter than a reaction to something adverse. Depression supposed to make someone more realistic, disillusioned, lacking motivation and seeing the point of things -- not one of those daily living ...

I can't smoke. Not even vape. Because crappy respiratory system and it'll worsen it. Not really the lungs and mostly the nose, which is chronically inflammed for no apparent reason for the last 20+ years untreated until recently. I can try a patch. I just had to decide when to try them and learn mor...

 I slept so early, I basically missed too many chores, my to do's, and skipped dinner.

And wondered why I don't like self care?
Wondered why I hate "coping"?
And why I loathe needs??

Caffeine doesn't work for me. Not even for helping me wake up. Unless I took enough hormonal birth control pills and limit it to 1 per 3+ days, all I get are side effects, and immediate headache even if I drank 2 days in a row and stopped. Otherwise, I like the taste of beverages enough to have them...

Headaches bad enough to take some pain killers over it.

 Could basically feel my, I dunno, my brain, eyes, or whatever, being bounced off painfully onto my skull in every step.

It's how most of my clothing would looked like before I started limiting my wardrobe and plan a lazy wear that I can use indoors, outdoors, as pajamas, as something I can wear to do other works, etc. Easiest way to do it was just match the color scheme. But this is me and living in the tropics, wher...

The only thing I do that over is time. Too late, too slow, too rushed, too overshot... That's all I need to get rid of being vigilant over, really. My time blindness is not a natural outcome of my neurodivergence, but of years habits and processes through series of waiting and wanting whatever I hav...

Daily fares I spent on being on time in a job and not leaving too early to walk to work because  "avoiding stress". I want to just train this body to actually handle stress better so badly from the very beginning. I felt so cheated when it couldn't improve for the last decade. Though...

What internal noise or stiffness (or indirectly, due to external noise or forms of rigidity/poor transitioning) of yours does nicotine quiets down or ease over? If it's not anything else but losing anxiety, then I'm not interested. (But it will certainly interest a lot of other posters and lur...
