Sigh... No, you fools. I'm not becoming 'more neurotypical' for being 'more attentive and become more proactively prosocial'. I just gained a degree of sensory space and processing over social cues that just makes it all so easy to follow through. And finally able to apply concepts that I alr...

I did tried to go mute for a day. While it's deliberate and somehow effortful... Like some sort of exercise or practice. It felt like I'm sort of holding back any translated verbal thoughts in my head, sort of feel almost like holding my breathe but without suffocating. It took a weight off my...

The difference between allistics (not necessarily NT, but can be) with alexithymia from autistics with alexithymia and how much that mattered. What's the difference between alexithymics who are external inclined, logical, rational thinkers and is likely stoic (over-regulated) from those who aren't (...

The bed broke down again.
Sigh.

I skipped dinner last night and just went to sleep.
Had to be early tomorrow. Now I woke up 6 hrs later. :?

Maybe the next time I make fries, I'd season it.
And I don't do plenty of seasoning... Not usually.

I see nothing ableist. Just a pessimist who pissed off an optimist. As an autistic person myself I have had the experience that you absolutely do need a "theory of mind" aid for potentially malicious situations, how "hostile" is the world to you? In my own case; it's the ot...

None. For some weird reason, no one ever resonated with me. Nearly a year and a significant change later, still none. In fact, I relate even way less with enumerating autistic traits now -- than my then fluctuating between dichotomous and paradoxical autistic traits. Never found a that charac...

I don't actually know. My internal fluctuations influences me that much, that it's not just my behaviors and expressions, but also my thought processes and feelings... Even sensory profiles. Changing as fast as every hour and as slow as every month, with few major changes over the years yet my hormo...

Just ways on how should I improve my laundry techniques.

I'm bad enough to let lint happen, to have dark clothes have microfibers, to let colored fabrics fade, and thinner fabrics increasingly getting tiny holes...

Everytime I bleed, I always *always* feel weird. Less like cramps and aches, but more like odd and heavy like -- like a period about to happen feeling. So... Why is this? :? I always felt quivery like my legs were made of rubber or Jello. Precisely why blood is somehow different? Other than it's ov...

Looking for an autistic who also hates their autism. I don't think the OP is actually asking for advice -- but asking for validation and sympathy. This. It seems that most autistics are ok with their autism. I don't. I wanted to find someone who would understand this. My advice is, vent this with N...

I'm quickly shifting into 3-4am sleep time.

Better not do it the next day again.
Especially not when Summer is soon over here.

No more coping with the sun heat.
In goes the cold, the rain, the stormy season, potential floods, wet clothes, wet footwear, wet umbrellas, and electrical blackouts.
