Whenever I self test myself with Camouflaging Autistic Traits Questionnaire, it's always within the 60s range -- at least over 30 points lower than the average neurotypical. The score for camouflaging autistics is over 100. The average aspie has over 110s, and the average NT has 90-100s....

Today I learned there is such thing as tongue tamers -- which trains the tongue from pushing against the teeth that can gradually develop overbite overtime.

I'm at least 85% sure I needed those.
Too bad, we're too poor.

I should really stop reading and listening. I really should need a break from any words heavy stuff and full of wordings. Because it's no different from just consume, consume, consume... If I restrict my activities away from language itself on a weekly basis, would it decay? Really, after several ye...

I don't have them. :( There's my sleep time, which is not stable. Maybe I'm having this dopamine seeking behavior of screen time until 5am, maybe I'm tired enough to just sleep at 6pm after only being awake for less than 5hrs a day. Maybe I'm planning to skip a night because I cannot guarantee wakin...

The flashbacks doesn't truly meant anything about you or them other than a sign. But it can be very much an opportunity; I say, embrace it unconditionally. But not define you, your actions, etc. That's you grieving, yes. But that doesn't necessarily meant it's you, or about you, and it is not you in...

Childhood emotional neglect can very much mimic ASD. Except CEN gets better with time, ASD "doesn't". If I qualify to the former -- I can say that overcoming that makes life and existing feel easier. Less reactive emotional dysregulated background noise in your already easily encumbered sy...

I want the ignorance of this culture towards working abroad to be abolished. I want them to overcome all that colonial mentality. That other countries have it's own problems, that not everyone who's born let alone works there are rich or superior or some idiotic belief towards other humans. That gen...

Modern starter phone that is somewhat better than my current phone with about half the price, or a full on upgrade within my upper limit budget? From what's basically a retired phone with no updates for the past 2+ years, to either current low end or barely mid-range? High end phones or flagship pho...

I've spiritually awoken at age of 24. 'The initiation' of sorts. I barely knew how to meditate. And it was barely a month, up to barely a hour total worth of time spent. With a thought I told out loud that I'm simply so, so sick of myself. Many accounts suggests it took them years. Plenty needed med...

Now that I have a template for knowing which page is which page to print on a foldable booklet... Like how the first and last page of a single signature is the very same half of each other's page sheet before binded and stapled. Though I've yet to make a template to do more than 1 set of signature p...

Some would rather... Spread some butter and directly put bits of refined sugar into the bread. Usually toasted, letting the butter melt and the bread harden a bit. Well, since sugar isn't a qualified spread even if it's a sweetener... How about caramel? Another unavailable spread; co...

Mine fluctuates as is my sensitivity (how much something will cost me) and stamina levels (how much I can afford to take something). There are too many factors. Unaccommodated sensory dysregulation issues and pain, unfiltered processing environmental input that will take too much brain power to go a...
