I have 3 hair whorls, I can do the wolverine look without even trying. I wouldn't be surprised if they found hair whorls to be higher in ppl on the spectrum. When we go out to eat, we like to sit near the salad bar so we can watch people make their salads. I like to look at peoples' shoes too.

If your brother has changed his eating habits and your parents support it, unless you're supporting the household I think you should try to respect the situation as it is. If you are buying your own food with your own money and that's getting eaten without your consent, that is another story.

I think he's pointing out that corporate idealogy has seeped into our government and has more say then the people do. That's not good. I don't think corporations should have influence in our government's decisions. That bail out was a joke too.

I'm a gluten free a2 lacto-ovo vegetarian. I also eat very little processed foods. Mostly just fresh fruit and veggies.

How do you define normal? Is a pop tart normal? Grape nuts? Whole wheat toast? Three square meals a day? From an evolutionary perspective, modern eating habits are in direct contrast to our earlier, more "paleo" diet. This would include periods without food, which gives the body a rest from metaboli...

If you want to avoid spiking your insulin, avoid processed carbs. Wheat is higher on the glycemic index then pure sugar.
