| Have had chronic pain for past couple of years. Had to quit my last job because no matter what I did, I was exhausted from pain and couldn't concentrate. Presently taking meds of various sorts to help out. Some days are worse than others. |

I wouldn't say 'childish', the term could refer to an adolescent level of emotional response.
