I over prepare and grit my teeth as you describe for a lot. And sometimes I just call illness and hibernate when I can. Maybe it's not a traditional physical ... |

Distance and time brought in realism. Limerence is based on projection vs reality. |

Coffee is the sunrise of my morning - caffeine, warmth and happiness. Green tea just makes me feel balanced and I love the flavor I do drink alcohol - usually red wine.
I'm not one for soda or energy drinks. |

I have enormous social anxiety which I have masked for years. I recognize some of my social deficits but it's the judgement of others that compounds everything. I wish I didn't care about outside opinions but I know that's a huge part of my anxiety. |

I'm not a good friend in the mainstream, but improving very slowly. I can't tune in on what someone needs unless they verbalize it explicitly. I feel bad for hurting others unintentionally |

Yes, but I be been fortunate to find people I mesh with over time. I hope everyone can find that over time and resilience and wish I could offer a haven for the struggle until it's found. |

I've had issues with some, but have been successful for a while with Sertraline. Unfortunately, it still seems like a gamble with each. |
