I was VERY delusional about what was going on at especially school and everywhere else. People were always making fun of me and tricking me into believing things. Now, I''m in high school and everyone thinks I'm stupid and treats me like crap or laughs at me. It makes me so anxious and then slow and...

You could try telling them why you're having all this trouble. Some people wont be nice about it but if you think you could be friends with someone, try tell them. All of my friends know I have Asperger's and they don't care. I also found that once I started making friends, it was a bit easier to m...

i also used to be like this. somehow i learned to say random things about my self, like stuff i like. it is real good at starting conversations. yeah, i just feel like i talk about myself too much when i do that. like i go on and on with unrelated comments and find it hard to keep the other person ...

Everyone I meet always thinks I'm using them, when in reality I don't know how to be a friend. So I'll talk to people when I have a "reason" to but never just to talk, like I won't start conversations without a pragmatic reason. However, in my mind, I feel like they are using me more so, and I do no...

I do this too, but only romantically. I wish I knew how to stop! It takes so much efort for me not to act like an idiot. I've destroyed a couple of friendships doing this :( The person completely becomes my special interest and THEIR interests/personality traits become sub-interests. I was just gon...

I would tell him, except he doesn't know that I have Asperger's. Also, they don't realize so it's mostly in my head.

for as long as I can remember I've had obsessions on people. when i meet a new person i really enjoy, not necessarily romantically, I can't stop thinking about them. it's not like a crush, but just wondering about them. it's especially worse during the summer when there's not much else to do or plac...

I am in the same position as you. I'd recommend showing them an online article about Asperger's and then proposing the idea. Harder than it sounds, I know. Good luck.

I have two years left of high school, but I really don't want to go back... for various reasons. Mostly I can't stand being around a lot of people, especially these people. Unfortunately I can't afford to attend a private school, which wouldn't be so bad. I was considering homeschooling, but with AP...

I can't say that one thing bothers me about all of them. I find that most people are quite nice.
However, something I dislike is "swag" AND YOLO.

I once read about someone with Asperger's who had to format her memory. Basically after a day or a long period of time she would commit to memory the important parts and let go the unimportant parts. I do remember doing this when I was younger, recalling my entire day, but I don't anymore. Mostly I ...

I love his character. A lot of people I know don't find the show funny, but I think it's hilarious.
