| i respect double jeopardy and its precident over any one singular case. in the US the only loop hole is is if the defendent bribed a judge or juror ( hence one was never in jeopardy in the first place)so D.J is absolute.i dont know if that clause exists in the U.K but like i said double jeopardy is... |

| No. The case occurred in the U.K., and I am a U.S. citizen. Even the U.K. has laws against Double Jeopardy (trying someone again after they've been acquitted). Nobody should be forced to wear anything to indicate their demographic against their wishes. I would sooner go to prison. They may as force people to wear yellow stars.
As for the OP, Autism isn't a mental illness so it shouldn't apply to us.
It would be a diabolical precedence. |

| Ultimately, its not Vice's fault that ISIS exists. Were it not for NATO's adventures of 2003 then the lesser of evils would be in office and ISIS would still be a pipe dream among those that the Ba'athist regime kept in check. |
