I don't know, and don't care. But I don't like the idea very much. I just want to be treated like everybody else. And however, in school I never go to the school cafeteria, because there's always too much people, and also because I never eat at school since I started high school. In middle school I ...

Dunno. But people said they laughed at me for that because I was a moron for not being able to do it. Expecially younger kids told me that, because when I was 12 I still couldn't do it, and they were 8-9 and they alredy could do it. I learned to tie my shoe laces only the last year, when I was 14, a...

Is your mother an autism specialist or what? Yes. She has worked with autistic children for 30 years, children that had every type of ASD, from the most low-functioning ones to the high-functioning ones. I identify more with autistic men on wp. Ditto, but I also identify more with autistic guys I m...

I think that it's overdiagnosed. I have my reasons to think so: I saw people that claimed to have AS and were much more better than me: they looked very outgoing, had no obsessions that absorbed all their time like happens to me most of the times and the "condition" didn't seem to have a negative i...

had no obsessions that absorbed all their time I'm curious how you'd know this? Because other kids I met that looked more like having the "true" AS always talked about their interests and went on and on about it. I do the same. Some of us have really embarrassing / unacceptable interests; so don't ...

This is weird. I see people claiming that AS is overdiagnosed, but I see others saying that AS is underdiagnosed. But most experts say that it's nor overdiagnosed neither underdiagnosed. Personally, I think that it's overdiagnosed. I have my reasons to think so: I saw people that claimed to have AS ...

statements that start with words like "us aspies tend to.." etc make me annoyed because even though i have confirmed asperger syndrome, i would never talk on behalf of anyone else who has asperger syndrome. Same for me. I have diagnosed AS (diagnosed several times whatever. pride is not understanda...

About me, I put "depends" in the pool because it depends on my mood. There are days in which I feel very optimistic, and others in which I feel very pessimistic.

I've also been called "serial killer","stalker","psychopath", though it was from my classmates, who don't know I have Asperger's. Well, I guess that after all my demaneor makes me look like I am. I don't really care. However, this is another reason why I won't say to people I have AS. This would onl...

I highly dislike having my hair cut. I would never cut my hair, is my mother wouldn't bring me to the hairdresser. I hate hairdressers because they costantly tell me to remain seated and to stop moving, and I can't do those things. This is why I hate haircuts.

Same for me. They make a terrible mix. I've always been an aggressive person (according to the psychiatrist who make the last diagnosis even because of ADHD), and I must take my meds to stay calm and be able to do things more "normally".
