What sort of engine is it - what's it used for? Only during normal office hours or what? You should be able to speak to a social worker and address your issue to her. There must be information on your file that can be used. I don't care for heavy metal myself as I prefer stuff such as Kiphi, Klaus S...

It should be fine to put down non binary. I am glad Admin changed from the two regular options but haven't checked to see if gender can be left out completely, as age or location can be.

I have poor motor skills but computer mouses helped my coordination a lot since they came out. I am left handed but can only use a mouse with my right hand (I cannot write a word with the right neither can I type using right hand only). I still make numerous typos however. Also, when using mouse to ...

If you've got a mental health support system of any kin, namely a therapist or social worker who can recommend a move based on your proven noise sensitivity, that might be the solution. If at all possible speak to one of them and request them to assist with more amenable accommodation. I've lived in...

Not all governments, left, right or alternate, are the same, e g Sweden tends to be pretty much on the left and they decided to reject lockdowns as a solution to Covid. For a democracy, the Victorian solution seems as draconian as any dreamed up by Chinese authorities to curb the spread, but there t...

^Who is the Victoria PM using as a role model? I guess there are plenty of non-democratic leaders, past and present, to pick from.

I see trouble ahead for Victoria... 8O

The PM of Victoria must be a wannabe dictator. But of course he has many role models to look up to, in many places of the world.

I'd go for "mostly nice but certainly a few full-time or part-time jerks in our midst" The attribute "nice" is almost impossible to quantify, really - but proven by actions such as how we treat animals (especially animals as they don't have ulterior motives and can't sp...

It should NEVER be allowed. They are probably the most beautiful and sweet natured dogs on earth. Humanity is like a virus always encroaching on the turf of other creatures.

You're right Kuze: an action such as suicide can't be reversed, and who knows what the OP might miss out on. Depression is real but the response to it differs. Nature can be among the most therapeutic things. I'm sorry he isn't allowed a dog or cat but there are other pets. Volunteering at an animal...

^Have things in the USA really come to this point? I read news items galore using abundant sources and am fully aware of how things have been going there, but sometimes the media tend to exaggerate things. Hearing it from regular citizens, such as a friend from Georgia, has made me realize that all ...

I'm surprised and sorry to hear you say you no longer feel safe in your rural / forest environment. The pandemic shouldn't be a factor there, where people are few. I don't know what the political "climate" is in your country. Are there some sort of uprisings or other unrest taking place? I...

Small pets a good idea, such as a hamster as suggested by mags. Small birds can be quite good company, but mammals are cuddlier! Just keep the cage clean at all times. There must be something only you can do, that no one else can do, that you may have never tried - expressing yourself through creati...
