I don't know, dogs react that way all the time, it loses meaning. Whether you leave it for ten minutes or an hour, it's going to get excited when you come back. Where as if I am gone for say eight hrs and get home my cat is like where were you?! And rubs itself on my legs, and purrs. That's love, ma...

I love this. Perhaps it is why I write? because the words that are left on the page are really parts of me that have succeeded in escaping?

I found this post interesting. I myself have always tried to make people see that we are not our bodies, y'know? I've never really succeeded at finding someone who agreed with me, but my explanation was based off of people's individual attractions and how people can be turned away by what they see p...

I half agree mljt, but there is one thing that is more magical and that would have to be coming home after work and being greeted by my cat. ^-^

No begging for food, or wanting to be let out, just, "Hello there, pet me" and I happily oblige. :D

Well I think it's a bit unfair to group Pit bulls in with rotties or say dobies and GSDs, considering that the pit bull is not a guardian dog nor was it bred to defend people or kill people. The american pit bull terrier can tell the difference between a person and an animal. They were bred to fight...

I prefer cats, but I adore them both. I currently have one cat and two dogs. I made sure that when we got the dogs they were puppies so my cat could rule over them

No one has ever told me I'm ret*d or stupid, however the gay part I've totally been asked about. I mean it was very irritating for a while. My own cousin would joke about it, but I felt like she was serious. I didn't even realize that the first group of people I hung out with in High school were a c...

Well I am new here, and that sounds absolutely devastating, for him I mean. I was told once when I was much younger to find someone else to hang out with. I recall not reacting in any particular way, just sort of indifferent to the request, but I had a complete meltdown later. Just felt completely h...

I LOVE writing poetry!

Here's one of mine:

Your eyes
Your movement
Your speech
Make me
Want to speak
To reach,
But here I am:

Hidden. My tongue unable to speak,
unable to describe what stirs in this heart.
The one thing I can do
(Hide)
I do inefficiently

I am twenty one years old and I believe I have Asperger's. I'm in a pretty difficult situation, well at least I think I am. I've always wondered why people didn't continue a conversation with me. Why I didn't know what to say to people I've just met or why I've cringed when a stranger moves in to hu...
