Not only am I distracting myself, but I’m becoming better at understanding books and articles and quicker with words. I also listen to emo music a...

Tell yourself you’re still going to survive and take a deep breath. Easier said than done but self talk takes practice. It becomes second nature after a few years.

Caffeine makes me pace around like a crazy person. I don’t know how I react to alcohol—I’ve never had a lot of it, only half a drink at the most

One of my friends needs money and I’m debating whether to help her or not. I know it sounds selfish, but sometimes when people ask for money they use it for substances, and I don’t know her whole story. Any advice?

P.S. She wants me to download CashApp? What is your opinion on CashApp?

I learned the metric system very easily because of my interest in measurements. I also learn languages easily. Should be helpful for traveling!

I took a different quiz, the Autism Quotient test, and found it to be very accurate. I scored 34–very mild autism but still definitely autism. Average score for NTs is 16, average for Aspies is 35. I don’t know what the average is for other autism spectrum disorders.

Heh, just a thread I thought I'd post after a brief conversation at a dinner party before a Grinch who stole Christmas performance by a group of local drag queens. (It was fantastic, btw.) Anyways, conversation went to a story where my honesty cost me $ and my friend Matt said "Always lie to c...

Be accountable. Eat with other people. Subtly pay attention to your friends who are in good shape and their eating and exercise habits. My super-healthy friends actually eat whatever they want, but they eat it shamelessly and only when they’re hungry—they have a healthy relationship with food. And t...

I overheat like a nuclear reactor and my upper neck turns to concrete. Working on it though. That used to be me. You have to learn how to move on from the past and focus on not letting it happen again. Use your logical, problem solving mind, not your emotional mind. It takes practice but it will ge...
