So am I. I get talking to strangers sometimes and before I know it, I have spewed out virtually my entire life story then regret it. Some are grateful as they learn new things. Others not so much. But I have a very loyal group of friends on Facebook who have stuck with me through everything and who ...

I believe it is for me. I smoked 60 a day prior to being diagnosed, then I moved to nicorette inhalators for 15 years and constantly had one in my hand and then I unfortunately tried someone's vape whilst in a psych unit this year and yeah... Very very expensive. I used the nicorette inhaler too. I...

Yes. Even after 6 years. I was diagnosed by a specialist called Dr O'shea. He had a load of letters after his name but still, I struggle to this day to use the word Autism(Asperger's is my official diagnosis as it was still a diagnosis in the UK back then). But then I struggle daily with overload. I...

Usually sensory overload for me now. As I have got older, I have become totally unable to filter out any sound or movement. Also, conflict. I abhor conflict and I panic if someone misreads me then pulls me into conflict. I am not able to assert myself and just take it and then finally explode... On ...

Yes. But because both parents did so most of my life up until now, I just believed what they said and only realised last and this year when I had a total breakdown and almost succeeded in taking my life. My father is now cut off and my mother I have had to accept will never change. It is still hard ...

South Bank Centre is best for me, as I come in at Waterloo. It is quite a pleasant and relaxing place, I have always found, especially the National.
