My sons obsessions are The Sims video games..since he was 5 he is now almost 10... Mario and Pokemon... Animals........ Figurines( Any kind) He loves to just line them up and play with them sometimes for hours.

Some great advice everyone, it is a lot to take in all at once but i will try.. i realize taking away a valued possession seems cruel but it seems to be the only thing that helps a little.... That remark wasnt very proper.
You know we don't know really what some people aare saying to our kids. I know my son clams up when i ask him about something i heard he just said i am not talking so leave me alone.

Hi i agree with Ster it is none of their buisness. I know it is embarassing and hard to deal with it.
