https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maslow%27s_hierarchy_of_needs Pyramid Base: Physiological Well, after a brief reading, I can say it is one theory. It seems to be heavily relevant to an NT mindset/physiology/neurology/goal-orientation, not an autistic one. I felt the same about Nietzche's ph...

Check out Maslows heirarchy of needs. Food and shelter and an ability to sustain some level of power are primary drivers for men. Women come maybe 4th on that list. Reproduction is one of the physiological needs at the very base of the pyramid. Again, without even realizing it, you prove my point. ...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmJ0HDbZi5M The truth is, though, there are plenty of genuinely dangerous people who pose a serious terrorist risk to the country. I am more than happy that the feds have infiltrated them. I know a Lutheran minister whose son works for the Tacoma PD. He told me when ...

So people like to tell me that I should enjoy being single. That I have all this freedom married people don't. But what exactly am I supposed to do with this freedom? Run around flirting with random women and having hook ups and one night stands? That doesn't work for me any better than dating and ...

Honestly; unpleasant. Imagine what it might be like to kiss a gold/koi fish. If I could go back and miss it, I would lol my 2nd first kiss(the second person I kissed) was much, much better. I definitely would have preferred that as a first ever kiss. But do you have an aversion to goldfish as a res...

I'll let you know if it ever happens, and it probably won't. THAT'S the spirit. :thumright: Hmmm. I think I have embarrassed myself in my first post. I totally misunderstood where LD was coming from, which is my specialty. Ahmm. My first kiss? I honestly can't remember, b...

I've never kissed anyone. Hopefully some day I will. So, what about you? Me? You want to kiss me because no one else is around? 8O That is hardly a flattering way of asking. :? It sounds like anyone will do. Besides, it can't be done. I am too old and I'm on the opposite side of the world...

it is no use when the other side refuses to come clean. A rather ironic statement, since there is fault on either side, here. 8) it is no use when the other side refuses to come clean. I know. I gotta still speak the truth. With my permission. I need to vet what *you* think the Truth is. The Oracle...

Virtually everyone is racist tribalist. There is also "classism", as an example. It is part of our genetic coding as a result of the evolutionary process. 8) classism stinks worse than racism. we are supposed to be better than that. we are supposed to evolve towards better. Firstly, who s...

I still remember Abraham Maslow and his pyramid from psychology 101. Bottom: Basic material needs (food, clothing, shelter). Level 2: Safety and security. Level 3: Love and belonging. Level 4: Self actualization (Be all that you can be). Sex is not on the list. You left out "self esteem"....
