Those who have power will target those who are different and don't.

For a brief time in history the USA was different because power was limited. Now that it is being aggregated, we can learn from those (such as people in Asia) how to mask and avoid those with the power to hurt us.

It may start out as a manipulative tool. However, one might expect that an intentional divorce from truth would lead one to become increasingly detached from reality which may be its own punishment.

You might try wearing a Covid mask even if you don't need one. It may help keep people from getting too close and discourage conversations.

There is a guy I think his name is Pete from the UK who has some good videos (on youtube) about how he came to manage his bipolar 2 with supplements. You might find them helpful.

Navigating a world so different usually takes time to accumulate skills. The advice you get here can also be very helpful.

Fostering can be an option, but there are conditions. You have to do what your state says in they way they say to do it. You may find kids with extreme or even criminal behaviors. If you build an emotional attachment, it may be cut short. However, for those who can manage, it can be rewarding.

The creative process can be quite variable. Some start with a structure and add layers to it. Others throw pieces together to see what fits. They key would be to find what works for you.
