| Keep practicing. Go slow and gradually work your way up. For a lot of us when we first drove we couldn’t keep the car on the rode. That was definitely true for me. Now I drive through rush hour traffic in a large city and it seems easy. |

| I am 40 as well and can tell you that it is not too late. I don’t feel like there was anything I could do at 25 that I can’t do now. I think itsmostly physical activities.
