I am aware of all that. I read up on homelessness a lot. I watch YouTube videos. There are many working homeless. There are many who are homeless because of circumstances….a victim of a fire in their apartment, say. I used to live a couple of blocks from a shelter for homeless families. There was a ...

“Visible” homelessness amongst East Indians and other Asians is rare in NYC—but it does exist. A middle-aged Chinese woman used to stay on one spot in my work subway station. On a blanket. She seemed mentally ill. If she didn’t want to be approached, she shrieked. I’m not actually sure she was homel...

Some don’t bother people; others (of all races) are aggressive panhandlers, though. A few (of all races) are dangerous. A homeless white woman has been sleeping in the ...

I do what everybody else does on PPR and News......I express my opinion. I agree with you on some things----and I disagree with you on others. It's like that cartoon with the Wolf and the Sheepdog.....they battle it out for 8 hours, then they have a beer afterwards. That's the way it should be. We d...

I ALWAYS talk to you with respect. No, friend....nothing to do with KKK or whatever. It's the word "crafty" with a K, plus the first letter of my last name. When I was 9 years old, another kid thought I was being bothered too much, so he made up a name for me: Krafty Kortie in order to boo...

Hey Buddy....I don't talk that way to you! I talk with respect with you at all times. And yeah....I DO do my research! That's the trouble with this here Internet....people like to put down people, and talk condescendingly to them. This sort of interaction is trickling down to "real life" i...

In truth, most of the homeless probably don't go around picking locks. But some do. And they steal other people's possessions in shelters. It's a fact of life. This is why many homeless people are reluctant to go into shelters. There is a pecking order in some of the worst shelters which resemble th...

Did I EVER talk about "global catastrophe?" I never said that "we will all die," or that "we are doomed," or whatever. But we should do something to offset Climate Change. Whether these floods, fires, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc., are caused by Climate Change, or by na...

It is hoped that the Omicron Variant will prove to be a milder condition, and that it overtakes the perhaps more serious Delta Variant.

Hopefully, future mutations will prove to be milder as COVID becomes less "novel" in nature.
