Many people with autism have the cognitive ability to improve from what they have been "given" by nature.

My nose has stayed the same size through both gaining and losing weight.
Unless you have a schnozz like Jimmy Durante, I don't believe women really care too much about the size of a man's nose. |

Science is all about inquiry….not being stuck in absolutes.

The vast majority of men are XY; the vast majority of women are XX.
If 99% of people’s sex chromosomes correspond to the birth sex, that would leave about 80 million people whose sex chromosomes do not correspond to their birth sex—quite a large number. |
