I think that exposing him more to activities he is good at and making him socialize with kids his age would improve his social and communication skills. Then, slowly introduce him to other activities where he shows less enthusiasm but is presented in a more interesting way. This way, he would learn ... |

Isn't it that everybody almost always behaves that way? Just tell me if I'm wrong. But I'm sure you had your moments when you see a new person, and you just don't feel like you could be friends.
Anyways, don't take it too hard. You'll be fine. |

This isn't a weird question at all. Maybe you just ate something bad. Wait 2-3 days and if you experience the same situation, then maybe you should try to get consulted?? (If that was me, I wouldn't bother to go to the doctor, to be honest) |

I definitely miss my ex-boyfriend. We've been together for almost 7 years (we just broke up last year), and I think I can't find another one like him. He can't compare to anyone. We're not keeping tabs on each other, though. I also don't know if he has someone new in his life. But I'm just not ready... |

Hi! CBD really helps according to a friend. She mentioned that as someone diagnosed with ADHD, it helped her block negative emotions she constantly feels. Don't worry, it's totally normal to be scared at first. Over time, you'll see its positive effects. |

Last week, I dreamt that I have superhero powers. I can't remember what power exactly but I was sure that it took me to different countries. Flying, maybe? Or perhaps time travel? |

Thanks for reminding me. Yes, I found out that from my cousin. Calamine tea has benefits like it promotes sleep, reduces the stress that can increase the risk of developing a serious depression. According to her, it is also recommended by most health professionals. |

It sounds like anxiety & stress to me.There are teas that can help with anxiety & stress but I don't know anything about em. If this is a chronic problem it may also help to see a doc/psych & trying anxiety meds like beta-blockers like Inderal/Propranolol. They can help with stress too.... |

I 've been very busy with work and house repairs. I can't concentrate and feel restless most of the time. I don't get much sleep. Maybe, because I'm thinking too much of everything especially our budget. Am I having anxiety or depression? Is this quite normal? :( Are there vitamins that I should take? |

Sweating problems can go away with proper management of the treatment plan from a doctor. Primary focal hyperhidrosis is curable. |

Thank you so much for your response. I think he is still coming to terms with his autism. We have a psychiatrist, but not a psychologist yet. I hope we can find one soon. I'll check out the meditation things. Thanks again. As far as I see, treatment for autism is like a team effort. You can go also... |
