Name the crimes that Obama has committed. Not the crimes that occurred during his watch, particularly those that started before he was even elected. Not the crimes and Constitutional runarounds committed by Congress (the most egregious of which, in my opinion, was the attempt by Congress to pass off... |

It's not "being a pain", MissLizard - it's "complying with the law". Retailers selling alcohol or tobacco are legally required to verify the ages of those purchasing from them, and can be fined if they're caught letting it slide. And around here at least, the state's really into sending undercovers ... |

I won't be buying the XBone because the "features" announced are not features that I want or need. However, it's not really a "boycott" - it's not like I was intending to buy one sight unseen, and only changed my mind when I learned how intrusive it was. Rather, it's that I hadn't made up my mind ye... |

How much faith does it take to move a mountain? When you move the mountain through faith alone, you will know the answer to that.
Or, as Lazarus Long put it, "If you pray hard enough, you can make water run uphill. How hard? Why, hard enough to make water run uphill, of course!" |

US Constitution, Article II, Section 4 wrote: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
I don't see anything in there about "ethics"... |

Vermontsavant, can you supply a legal definition of "terrorist"? Not a common-sense version - common sense and the law are seldom on speaking terms. As the act is phrased, and given certain aspects of the USA PATRIOT Act, the Attorney General's office can accuse someone of "terroristic acts", refuse... |

The only charge of those listed above that could possibly be laid at Obama's feet would be the IRS thing - and I don't think that would stick, because a) none of the organizations investigated were denied their tax-exempt status, and b) that's what the IRS is supposed to do. If a sudden spate of org... |

I tend toward the heroes. In both incarnations of Knights of the Old Republic , I always wound up maxing my Light Side points, without even trying. It was hard when I tried to play Dark Side - I always felt like such a jerk. In the Mass Effect games, my Shepard is always a Paragon (and usually a Sol... |

How about the BEST illogical move of them all? If Spock's actions created a parallel universe because he changed the past, why is EVERYTHING about Star Trek that was existing BEFORE Spock's arrival so vastly different than original cannon? Um, that part of the timeline was untouched. At least, if y... |

Cryptic offers three free-to-play games: Champions Online (superheroes), Neverwinter (D&D v4.0 rules, approximately), and Star Trek Online (which now has storylines for Starfleet, the Klingon Defense Force, and the newly-formed Romulan Republic). And unlike many other such offerings, these reall... |

I recall a fairly early episode in which the perp of the week was a serial killer, a disposal man for the Mob (IIRC) who had both AS and OCD - everything had to be in groups of five, arranged in a sort of lopsided pentagon (that's how they figured out it was him and caught him - plotting the disposa... |

So, because I don't think you need full-auto firearms with 30-round clips in your house, I'm now an "anti-gun nut"? Interesting. I suppose that means I have to turn in my bolt-action .30-06 with the 5-round magazine, and surrender my annual hunting license... There isn't a line of sight in my house ... |

Isn't Der Spiegel the one that took a researcher's statement that it would take "a bold, adventurous young lady" to carry a Neanderthal fetus, and spun that into a story claiming that the researcher was actually looking for someone to do that? And yes, that was an apt comparison of Eisenberg's so-ca... |

How is an "assault rifle" extreme, you ask?
