For most of my life I was very, very picky. I hated "big" things like kidney beans. The only spices were salt and pepper. I will try new things sometimes now but only a bite or so, not a whole meal. |

I wear a hard to find shoe size, so of course (sarcasm) they are usually expensive. I think it helps if you keep your shoes clean and polished. Clean scuffs and mud off (and in the winter salt stains) makes a good impression. |

I do "Nordic " walking. You use poles similar to ski poles except they have rubber boot-like feet. You have to be prepared to be teased about using them in the warm months! They give a super upper body work out in addition to the benefits of walking. They take a lot of weight off your hip ... |

It might be comforting, not because it is "bad", but because it is familiar. I know my smell and my husband's smell. I live in the country, surrounded by farms and when I smell the bad smell of manure from the dairy farm I know I am near home and it is comforting. |
