Hand dryers blow germs from people's hands into the room. They are actually disgusting and not as effective as paper towels. Paper towels in public restrooms are usually made out of recycled material anyway.

In my opinion it's genetic, one is born with it and it often runs in families.

Hi Joe2019 He didn't show you any desire, maybe he wasn't hetero. Maybe he was gay or ace? Why was he "supposed to be your best boyfriend"? If you are with a man for 3 years who refuses to ever cuddle with you and can't make time for one phone call a week, then ask yourself what does that ...

Does anyone have any tips on dealing with crushes? How to act, how to calm one's feelings? (I am an adult. I am not interested in actually dating at this moment.) I didn't have a crush in 5 years now, thank goodness. I also hated it to have crushes. I had no idea either what to do against them. Usu...

Men can go to bordels and have sex with strangers. I don't think as many women could enjoy that. I could never have a ONS with a stranger either, but other women can do that. I have never even felt sexually attracted to a stranger and the thought of having physical contact with a stranger is unpleas...

I've known people who think the "rest" in "rest area" comes from the word "restroom" because people often stop at rest areas when they need to use the restroom. And where does the "rest" in restroom come from? Wikipedia says: "The term restroom derived f...

I'm not sure if Phenibut is a nootropic, but I think it is. I used to take Phenibut in powdered form some years ago. I mixed it with water and it tasted really awful. It did work positively on my mood and lowered anxiety. It was definitely not a placebo effect. I never took it daily because I didn't...

It is disgusting that we are exposed to so many toxins.

I heard on the radio some months ago the average German consumes in a week microplastic that amounts to the size of a credit card. In the USA it was even more, I believe twice as much. It isn't clear yet whether it's harmful or not...

While he's right, he should know that working out benefits the brain, too. Saying "I don't need muscles, I have my brain" is just the other side of the same dumb coin as saying "I don't need a brain, I have muscles!". I'm sure he knows exercise is necessary for optimal health, b...

I had eye twitching when I was around 16-17 years old. My anxiety was at a record level back then. I don't even think I could hold such amounts of panic in my body anymore without passing out (I'm getting old ;)). The twitching eventually went away by itself. I always had it in phases that lastet a ...

If people say you need too workout and build up muscle is that basically saying that your not good looking enough and need too buff up your body too attract women? Once I heard a woman at work say to a male co-worker that it's a shame he doesn't work out to build up muscle, because he is tall, and ...
