| I'll just share what helped me. I once had stress-related depressive episodes and it helped me to write the cause of stress's name on a piece of paper or draw a picture to represent it, take song lyrics that remind me of the situation and write them on sticky notes, stick the notes all over the pict... |

| One thing is though, beware of the drunks, especialy if your not used to them. I find with asperger's its hard to tell when some people are drunk, so be careful I stay away from pretty much anyone acting oddly. Also, my dad was an alcoholic... ear plugs, and go with at least one other friend. Never... |
