Unless otherwise stated as humor, this is how I'd respond (though differently worded to be less blunt and go in to more detail). 1. What is Your Greatest Weakness? Psychology, that's the only class out of which I've ever failed. Also, when I'm in "work mode", such as trying to get a report or presen...

No worries, and thanks for the input. Like I mentioned, I've just had an incredibly crappy day of feeling worthless (they happen here and there), and needed to vent a bit.

Ever wanted to stay at the university? Maybe this would be a better place? The other thing that comes to my mind is that sometimes they don't hire people because they "overqualified" for the position. I'd like to say something to make you feel better but I'm really bad at it :P Just keep fighting, ...

What really aggravates me is when someone suggests or refers me to a job for which I'm completely not qualified for. Then they turn around and get mad if I don't pursue the job. So much this. One problem I've had a lot involves people saying "My/my dad's/my friend's company has an opening for an El...

".... But we feel like you wouldn't be a good fit with the work environment here." Has anyone else gotten this as a response after an interview that went incredibly well but ended with you being forced to admit to being an Aspie? In my case, this comes up when asked why I was unemployed for 2 years ...

I've only vaguely had the thoughts of her Aspie traits, I was a wee bit too busy concentrating on how awesome she is and how my new goal is to find a woman exactly like her.

Indeed, I find the focus and breathing techniques involved with shooting well to be incredibly relaxing. Though this is at my grandparents' farm, not in a public range where I'm constantly being berated by the random blasts of other shooters. Unfortunately I'm unemployed and can't afford the ammo, s...

Longest job was at Target, running the stockroom in the afternoon, that was 5 years. The only reason I stayed that long was because it was motivation for me getting my Chemical Engineering degree. Second longest was running shows at a planetarium, that was for 3 years, and I loved every minute of it...

While I'm amused at the thought of Bieber fathering a child, the question of statutory rape depends on the area. In the two states I've lived in (Wyoming and Oregon), so long as the two parties are within 3 years of age of each other, it isn't considered statutory rape, regardless of whether or not ...

The best way to figure out if they are or aren't a scam is to Google "Is *insert company name here* a scam?" I've been on Monster and Career Builder for the past three or four months, and since I signed up I've been receiving at least one e-mail a day from companies claiming they want to hire me for...

It depends on what you look at for me, I apply to quite a few jobs, even if I don't feel I'm qualified for them (not grossly unqualified, just in the 2 or so years of experience shy of what they're looking for region). If you include all of those, I get contacted back maybe 10% of the time. The ones...

James Bond villain. I have the graduate engineering degree, the misanthropy, the demeanor, the voice (think Chris Lee), and the laugh.

Oh yeah I was showing how to use a reaction mechanism to get Nitric Acid. But still don't know if it is right. First, don't think of it in half-molecules, use O instead of O2, I've only seen that in Inorganic, so it's fairly uncommon (O is also a highly reactive species seen in plasma physics). Nex...
