I don't like fish at all. The best I can do is fish sticks about once a year. Even then I need a lot of tarter sauce and malt vinegar.

Try going down to your library and find a book on the matter - it will probably be in the reference section and copy out the forms you need. Also, some employers offer Employee Assistance Programs at no charge to you. Usually wills and advance directives are included within the services they offer.

Not particularly although I'll eat them if they're being served at a friends house. I like the honey mustard and the salt and pepper ones the best. Last night we had some "popchips". They were awesome and fairly healthy - they're not fried or baked and they're really crunchy like the kettle chips.

Do you have a brand that you recommend? Right now, I use SuperLeight foam ear plugs since they're the best I've tried so far. I haven't tried any silicone ones.
