A couple of suggestions (though you may already be working on this, or maybe it's just features available to people who signed up?):

1. Make interests searchable.
2. Make location (perhaps by state?) searchable.

Good job and great idea.

I've never taken it, but coincidentally, my aunt was talking about how she's been giving it to her son everyday and he has calmed down a lot. I don't think he's officially diagnosed with anything, but he is a very high strung and energetic/uncontrollable kid, who can sometimes be pretty violent. He ...

How about Wednesday from "The Addams Family?"

Hahahah! I had totally forgotten about it until you mentioned this, but when I first saw the Addams Family movie (I saw the tv show a few times much later), my first thought was "She's just like me, I should be in that family."

I find I misunderstand people more than they misunderstand me. Of course, I don't talk much to begin with. With all my close friends, they know I prefer them to be honest with me. If they don't understand what I'm saying they usually just let me know, and I have to think of how to rephrase it. You h...

I doesn't sound to me like he was just saying it idley, if the conversation took place exactly as Scoots described, it seems like it was well established that they'd be meeting at that time, with a specific set of objectives to accomplish. It's more likely they just didn't tell you the meeting was c...

It sounds like you may have been dominating the conversation. If you were doing all the talking. What pinkquinn said is correct- people like to be asked questions- try open-ended questions, which are the type that forces them to come up with an answer other than just "yes" or "no." For example, rath...

I'm in Southern NH. I am also getting hit, but not as bad as it is in Boston or New York.

I'm actually kind of glad, it gave me an excuse to call out of work and stay home to work on some freelance stuff.

Lain from Serial Experiments Lain(anime) Me too. I dressed as her once for an anime convention. My friends thought it fit me very well  . I also relate to Rei Ayanami of "Evangelion," River Tam of "Firefly," and "Edward Scissorhands" of Edward Scissorhands. My cousin also pointed out to me th...

Yes, this is one of my biggest problems in my life right now. My entire life I've had trouble sleeping and staying asleep. Lately it's been getting a lot worse, to the point where I've decided I have to see my GP and hopefully do something about it. I've tried all different things on my own to sleep...

My voice is semi-monotonous (more "flat", really). I can't express much, people find it either amusing or are doubtful when I attempt to convey happiness or excitement. I sometimes stutter, though not that often. I have found that more often I have trouble with putting verbs in the correct tense whi...

Thank you for all of your suggestions. Having a more concrete idea of what I am supposed to do and say really helps. I have had two interviews since reading your advice, and I think they both went very well. Unfortunately, the jobs are not jobs I am interested in due to a number of reasons, but atle...

It's quite easy to order business cards online. You can design the cards and have them printed up. I am not sure if there is a way to produce them so that members could purchase them, but I do know that if someone created the image files and sent them to interested members, the members could have th...
