Sometimes I wonder if I was one of these people who drained others? If so, I wish somebody told me. :?

He's going to have to communicate with the servers and change orders on the fly, and he'll have to multi task like crazy. I couldn't do it, but I think he should definitely look into it. His passion for it might motivate him to find a way to balance his issues and doing his job.

I feel like a real vampire. I sometimes stab people in the jugular with a sharp object I carry around in my pocket, and I sample some of their blood. I don't kill them, and nobody I've tried this with has turned into a vampire. But I still feel like one.

I relate to the OP. My struggle with verbalizing my thoughts is the thing that lead me to believe that I have AS, and my biggest challenge. People think I'm shy, or don't socialize much because of nervousness, and that's not entirely untrue, but it's mainly because I can't find the words half the ti...

I've never heard rumors about him having AS, and from what I've seen I'd never peg him for an aspie.

I've been driving since I was 18. Dad would b*tch at everything I would do while driving. It got so bad, I had get my maternal grandmother to teach me how to drive. Same here. I could have learned sooner, but my dad was mean as F**K and yelled at me over every inconsequential thing when we were out...

The critical factor is how they react to those things. Do they go, "I have a problem that could hurt my children; I am going to take steps to ensure it does not"? Or do they ignore it, pretend there is no problem, blame others, perhaps even blame the children? I think if they have the integrity to ...

Yes. Some will ALWAYS deny it. Or create lame explanations why they had to do it. And like someone has already mentioned, their relatives who grew up with them will buy into their lie, and side with them no matter what. It SHOULD be illegal, but how on Earth can you prove something like that? Especi...

I don't know any. But I'd imagine the more extreme the aspie, the less likely we could tolerate each other.

What exactly is a real job? People seem to say "Get a real job" to show disdain for what somebody else does to make a living....so I think sometimes it depends on who you ask. Pretty much. You'll hear that often if you do unskilled labor for a living, or anything that involves menial tasks like get...

They don’t need to understand us. It’s our problem, not theirs. I don't agree with this. I do. When the majority is faced with a minority that's at a disadvantage, what do people historically do? They tend to brush it off and marginalize the group until after blood shed or protest, they're forced t...

Not really creeped out. It's an aspie stare, but that reinforces the theme. If it's a problem, stop coming to Wrong Planet.

A cat sniffing something. It's not a vivid picture. I also can vaguely taste something like the way they smell.
