I think my personal requirements for a man's dress sense to be 'attractive' is: Hygiene. Please, please, please wear clean clothes, and don't wash so infrequently (or change your clothes so infrequently) that you carry around a noticeable smell. Same goes for smelly aftershave or cologne - if I'm ol...

If something tries to eat you alive: pick it up with gardening gloves, put it in a tank and poke it with a stick. That'll teach the critter.

If you find yourself starting a lot of your social sentences with 'this is probably a really geeky thing to remember/notice, but' or ending them with, 'actually, that was kind of an over-analysis'.

Realist, the world is a tough place, and I'm not going to get any breaks. Actually, that would make you an absolutist. ;) Being a realist would be to say, 'The world is a tough place, and I statistically am unlikely to/probably won't get any breaks'. While we're talking about labels, I'm a pedantis...

AS people can NOT be incommunicative, or stupid. It is actually part of the diagnosis. Um, no. I've known people who have been diagnosed with AS, who can have trouble communicating, and at times I can have trouble communicating verbally. I've also known some people with an AS diagnosis who can be i...

I used round circles and she wanted straight lines." ~ The teacher sounds like an idiot. :? "-Never had many friends and never understood why people didn't l...

'IQ' itself is a disputed idea, and IQ test results arguably have little practical use. I've heard (and seen, if you count forum posts) people with very reasonable IQ results make some very stupid statements. nutbag, I love your post. It's so... poetic. :) Aspiegirl89, great avatar quote, great sigl...

My theorey is that they hit their sexual peak at a much later age than we do. For we hit our peak at around 15 and it stays up there for a few decades, but women hit it around the age of 35. Woman reach there sexual peak at 35 is simple to understand. At 35 a woman fertility starts to drop she gets...

Have you asked your parents what it is about being an aspie that makes them think you shouldn't watch those shows?

I am sure that there are people that have "must haves" or "can't haves" that are more ridiculous than what I have posted on here. For example, just the other day, I saw a 19-year-old who would only date guys her age who had post-graduate degrees. And there are some people out there that have killed...

she'll keep talking on the phone long after I repeatedly say "I need to go. NOW". Possible idea: tell her when you'll need to go in five minutes. Then four minutes later, tell her you'll need to go in a minute. Then a minute later, put the phone down. If you keep saying 'I need to go now' but then ...
