I'm prescribed dexedrine. Its brilliant. It doesn't do anything to autism in fact I have way more autism symptoms when I'm on the stuff such as tics that I only had as a little kid, even worse social skills and compulsion to repeat a task over and over again + reluctance to change tasks. I wasn't pr...

Callista's right -- genetic diversity reduces rather than increases the odds of an anomalous phenotype. I have one kid with ADHD and another with autism, and they come from a very homogeneous northern European background on both sides. Is there any proof to indicate that autism is a genetic abnorma...

I was diagnosed with high functioning autism and I was told my ADHD symptoms are a result of the autism. I'm from Ireland and my country happens to have a higher rate of autism than usual. In my town you can barely walk down the road without running into an autistic person, I mean proper autistic no...

I'm 3/8th's native american, and have always noticed I'm the "in tune" one among my friends/family. Always been good at helping people work through issues that benefit from self-discovery, very tuned in to animals, their minds, and love sharing the experiences of the Universe with others. So yeah, ...

What does shamanism and being a shaman mean to you? Mapping whats beyond the box. Lots of stuff I had some very similar revelations a while back. My 'dog tied to the tree' thing I like to explain with the help of the Tarot... if you look at the image of the Devil card, you see that the chains aroun...

The 1st psychotic episode I had I had the idea that the human race was being herded like cattle by something outside the range of our direct perception and that I'd wandered so far away from the herd I was becoming a threat so they were using fear tactics to try and scare me back into the herd. The ...

Way before I was diagnosed with autism I was obsessed with shamanism so I'm interested in what that guy means in the autism reality documentary http://www.wrongplanet.net/postt114120.html when he says "your autism is your ticket to shamanism". I'm not too sure thats a ticket anyone would want but it...

If your thinking about lucid dreams a lot you'll start having them. If you're thinking about remembering your dreams you'll start remember...
