Well- thats kinda my point. You can name a team after a White ethnic group ( French Canadians) so why not after Indians? Im being the devil's advocate. I do have to admit that "Redskins" is a pretty dumb ( to say the least) name for a team. Doesn't "Canadien" refer to all Canadians, regardless of r...

*raises eyebrow* Mormons are Christian. According to them. Not according to other Christians! Theyre so far out that they are disowned by the rest of christendom. Mainly its because they add a whole extra book onto to the bible(the book of mormon) written in the 19th centurey. You can niether add n...

I have the solution for Egypt. Get the population working on a pyramid twice as high as the pyramid at Geeza. It will take the entire adult population 25 years to complete it during which there will be no riots. ruveyn There is some evidence that thats pretty much what the original Pyramids were- a...

Also what do you think t...

Long range communication will require vast improvement. Wouldn't microwaves and radio-waves dissipate after a certain point? How far could you leave earth before communication became chancy? although these are likely problems for farther on. He's talking about the Earth-moon system, or maybe as far...

So change, for example, the name of the football team "Washington Redskins" to "Washington Hymies?" Or maybe the "Washington Palefaces?" Maybe so. "Redskins" is a derogatory term for American Indians. A silly name for a football team in our nation's capital. Especially after what our nation did to ...

There are all kinds of explanations. Maybe your attraction is purely physical. You see a person who looks like Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian, and persue them only to find out that they have an intellect and personality just like Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian ( vapid shallow or skanky). Or maybe yo...

It is so good that the people are now waking up in the Third World. This is going to cause a ripple effect. Look for other oppressed nations in the Third World to rise up :-) The people are waking up. I set the alarm clocks. I have yet to be persuaded that this is an exercise in popular uprising. I...
