It's possible that everyone needs some level of socialization, but I think it's pretty common for aspies to need very little. The interaction I am forced to have for work (and I work at home) is enough to make me never want to be around people. I sort of wish there was different interaction using up...

This reminds me of those horrible interview questions. 8O

I just want to be comfortable and not have to worry about how to pay my bills or how far I am able to push myself until I fall apart and imagine I'm being pursued by mujahideen.

My "policy" is everyone should leave their hair alone, already. I'm greatly attracted to individuals who have as few body alterations (piercing, shaving, bleaching, tattoos, whatever) as possible. (Top of the) head hair, likewise. Even if someone has a feature that is ugly in it's natural state? I ...

Lately, I've been chattering to myself (silently, in my head) after going to bed. I just can't get my mind to shut up! Oddly, though, I've also been far more productive than usual during the day.

I didn't know about that either. 8O But I think I remember hearing about it. The cape thing sounds really familiar.

I used to think about how my online friends wouldn't know if I died, but it doesn't really bother me anymore.

Also, what you see in the mirror is the opposite of what everyone else sees. If you think that doesn't make much difference, take a photo and flip it. :-)

I have a former game friend on my FB who died. I didn't know her personally, but I don't have the heart to remove her. I found out about it when her sister posted the news on her account, months after she'd stopped posting anything. I wonder if anyone would do that here.

In my discipline, it wouldn't matter much, as I'd just be a name on a screen. I wouldn't ever want to be a celebrity though. I have enough trouble walking down the street without people I don't even know bugging me.

You might find this interesting. http://abcnews.go.com/Health/Wellness/drug-companies-payments-doctors-revealed-database/story?id=11929217 Good doctors will make the effort to solve your problem instead of throwing pills at you though. I need to find one of those. What Troy says is true also, though...

I think hairy guys can be quite attractive.

I can't stand it on me though. If I don't shave, I pull it out with my fingers.

I think it's plausible that they don't get it. Or that they are in denial about it. Of course, I believe there are also those who just don't care. It's hard to say which is predominant. It reminds me of the time this girl I used to know was talking about a member of her family who had molested her. ...

Thank God I have all my teeth, wisdom teeth included. My teeth are very sensitive and anesthesia has proven not to work very well on me, so I get terrified of the idea of dental surgery! Same! I just had a cavity filled, and the dentist ended up having to give me 2 shots of Novocaine, because I cou...
