| Hi all! The title speaks for itself, but I will explain. I decided to put this in The Haven, because it may seem depressing, but I just hope by updating the few who recognise me from around here before, and sharing my experiences of the last year, may give some beacon of hope to those in rather dark... |

Now on Venlafaxine (Effexor) and it helps with the anxiety levels, but not so much the depression side of things.
