A Clockwork Orange is still one of my most favorite movies.

I can watch it ten times in a row.

It's actually a very brilliantly made film.

The tv series was fun and brilliant. But for some reason the movies were just awful.

Boring. awful and just not very interesting.

I'm listening to something by Paganini.

I downloaded it in one of my baroque and classical phases.

Dear God, this is terrifically embarrassing but therewas this woman I had really been attracted to for a long time. we'd been friends since high school. And I was interested in her sexually as well. After spending our whole friendship in a state of non-sexualness she appears out of the blue [wanting...

So far, I've been to a therapist for SIX MONTHS and they haven't bothered telling me whether I am or am not an Aspie.

My very next apointment I am going to stick the issue.

The whole world does something I can't do - see life in black and white. In my experiences through life, I have only seen shades of grey. There's ALWAYS more to the story than just the facts. And until I get all the facts, I honestly choose to not really have an opinion. But when I'm pressed into a ...

Of all the things that get to me, none are worse than a smoke alarm. I don't know why. But when goes off, I get really violent. If I can't get a smoke alarm to shut off after a few seconds ( you know - because I burnt a piece of steak or something ), I will destroy the thing. I will literally grab s...

Mainstream culture is trying to adopt "Aspie" as a way of saying "You 'tard!"

That's what he's saying.

I haven't told anyone outside my family about AS. And it's going to stay that way. I like my Aspie-ness being concealed from people.

I took Celexa for a while but asked to be taken off of it. I just felt drugged up while on it. It made me feel sick.

I now take Paxil.

When I was a kid, I would sit on my Mom's bed, drowsy and half asleep. I would listen to her write as she was always crafting a letter to someone. The sound of her hand rythmicly swishing across the page was hypnotising. There was no other sound. No TV. No radio. Just utter silence and the scratch a...

Traveling is a double-edged sword to me. I love the adventure, seeing new sights and just soaking in something new to wrap my mind around. But at the same time, traveling scares me to death. I feel very unsafe and out of my element. I feel at the mercy of the world. I DO NOT like being somewhere I'm...
