On my Dad's side, practically 100% French Canadian. (We're from the Audet-LaPointe bloodline)

And on my Mother's side, a mix of German, Cherokee, Scottish and Dutch. (Johnson and Ballard)

Starting every sentence with "I". As in "I just bought my first motorized bicycle kit today." It's an OCD thing. I can't stand starting a sentence off with "I" as it's very selfish. I had just bought the kit mentioned above and I was just so excited about it that I just wanted to talk about nothing ...

I live in Tennessee and I CAN NOT stand the hicks here replacing "tar" for "tire."

"Far" for "fire."

"Thar" for "there."

"Worsht" for "washed."

"Tard" for "tired."

It really isn't hard to speak proper English if you already speak the language.

I wish I could go back to a time when I did live with my mom. She's dead now. And I haven't lived with my Dad since 1980.

It just seemed like a better time.

I treat my pockets like saddle bags. I've got a little bit of everything I need in each pocket. Money, change, pens, MP3 player, Nintendo DS...

And then my fiance hands me everything she has to carry.
