Tonight I'm staying away from home for the night.
But the room next door has a radio playing which I'm sure they think is quiet but is so loud to me! There is so much noise outside

And I'm trying not to completely freak out. I'm sharing a room and I can feel everything building up already

Today I get the 'application rejected' letter :(

I trusted her... What now.

I love books, anything non-fictional science or true crime I'll read!

My question is what types of books do you like and what is the last book you read?
I read 'the universe inside you'

I find if I'm overloaded it is worse, I don't know if this is the case with anyone else?

During my meltdowns I do say stuff I dont mean, I also (though as an adult not as much) put holes in walls etc. I recently fractured my knuckle doing this. I've had a few meltdowns in the last couple of days ended up putting a hole in a wall and fracturing my knuckle. Just seems very hard t...

Is there a small object you could take with you to fiddle with in ur pocket?
I have a few things I take out with me and I find they do help sometimes when I'm starting to get overwhelmed
