Have u tried earphones? Even if they are not plugged into anything... Earphone do wonders for me, I never realised how loud the world is until I left my earphones at home
But for me does lead to a meltdown if one stops working |

I rock backwards/forwards when alone or around only a few I feel comfortable around. But I rock side to side a lot in public, I find side to side tends to get less attention for some reason. Which I don't understand but if it means people leave me alone when I need it then that's ok by me |

Yes people at work don't like my natural behaviour, they assume I don't listen to them and my head is always in the clouds because I don't look at them. They think I'm a snob because I don't talk to them unless I have to |

Popping balloons can have me in tears, even as writing this my hands are sweaty...
And even small groups of ants will have me crossing the road to avoid them. |

I do it constantly. I obsessively think about things from an analytic perspective. I'll be contemplating physics, anthropology, or some other interest. I agree, when I zone out I'm thinking something that is more than likely nothing to do with what I'm currently doing however it is important to me.... |

Yeah I do get this aswell, people seem shocked when I tell them I'm at uni they seem to think I'm not smart at all!
I do get frustrated when people say I'm happy to let people think I'm stupid but it's not that at all... Until people tell me I have no idea what they think of me! |
